My Yoga Teaching Schedule

Here is my yoga teaching schedule for the start of 2012. All classes are beginner friendly and place as much focus on the mind as the body. If you want to get a great physical workout for your body, hire me as your coach. If you want to clear your mind, come to my yoga class.

Yin/Restorative classes are 100% on the mat with extensive use of props to assist poses. No standing, no strength, no balance poses. Great for those looking to loosen up their hips, legs, and low back. In terms of physical challenge on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the toughest, I’d put this class around negative 2.

Slow Flow classes link breath to movement with detailed instruction on proper form and alignment. The asana (movement) component to the practice will be very gentle.

My worlds collide here as I will be doing what I love (teaching yoga) as a fundraiser for TNT (the team I used to coach) at One Yoga (an amazing nonprofit studio where I serve on the board). Contact Suzanne suzannegilbert@att.net to pre-register.
